The Client Situation
FWD Focus created a concept to deliver an event to promote awareness of tech and AI solutions, workforce planning and managing teams and client relationships in an AI world.
The Solution
An in-person Human+AI Marketing Mix Summit was held in early 2025 at a central location in the Sydney CBD. Backed by events experience, this was the first in-person event held under the FWD Focus umbrella.
The event very much focused on the human element aligning with FWD Focus’s approach.
The Results
The event was well-attended with over 65 registrations for this inaugural event showing a high level of interest in the topic from a broad audience across sectors and ages. Both sides of tech and business published articles.
We saw and took part in many interesting discussions related to the topics presented happening at the event. And we know of at least ten follow up business conversations and introductions immediately after the event as well as others down the track.
Positive feedback was received by FWD Focus from attendees and speakers, including that the Summit was a professional, well-run event. Speakers on both tech and people sides commented that they felt the flow of topics worked well after the event.
